...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
35 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast South Dakota,
northeast Nebraska and northwest Iowa. This includes the
tribal lands of the Yankton Sioux Tribal Nation.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty northwest winds may still produce
patchy blowing snow this evening. Be prepared for rapidly
changing visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
