* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. Some of
the strongest winds will be later tonight into Thursday.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central and
southeast South Dakota. This includes the Tribal Lands of the
Yankton Sioux Tribal Nation and the Flandreau Santee Sioux
Tribal Nation.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
