Areas of fog continue during the early morning hours, with
scattered visibilities below one mile getting below one half mile
at times. Visibilities can vary greatly over short distances so
be aware of quickly changing conditions if you'll be out
traveling throughout the morning hours. Given temperatures below
freezing, fog may also produce slick spots on untreated surfaces.
