* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. No additional snow accumulation
expected. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph. Conditions will
continue to improve this morning but significant drifting is
still likely in rural areas.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa and south central and
southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute. The cold wind
chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed
skin in as little as 30 minutes.
