...BREEZY WINDS ALONG WITH RECENT SNOWFALL AND SCATTERED FLURRIES
LEADING TO DRIFTING SNOW AND LOWERED VISBILITIES...

Breezy northwesterly winds sustained 20 to 25 mph with gusts
generally in the 30s, though isolated into the lower 40s, is
leading to drifting snow on roadways this morning. Despite our
warm-up to above freezing after the snow yesterday, also getting
reports and seeing scattered automated observations that blowing
snow is leading to reduced visibilities. Most reductions in
visibility are in the 2 to 5 mile range, though have seen very brief
isolated reports below 1 mile.

As winds slowly taper off throughout the day, expect conditions to
improve. If you will be out traveling today, be aware that
conditions can quickly change, so be sure to remain aware and
drive to conditions.
