...Snow and Gusty Winds Reducing Visibility...

A band of moderate to locally heavy snow, combined with gusty
northwest winds, is reducing visibility to near or less than one
half mile. Slick roads and drastically reduced visibility will
lead to hazardous travel conditions through the early morning
hours. Use extreme caution if you must travel.
