Areas of fog have developed this morning. Visibility may fall to
below one mile at times, with some locations briefly experiencing
visibility less than one quarter of a mile.

Travelers should remain aware for quickly changing conditions
through 10 AM across portions of southeast South Dakota, southwest
Minnesota, and northwest Iowa. Reduce distractions, maintain
increased following distance, and slow down.
