Conditions have improved enough to allow the Dense Fog Advisory to
expire at noon. However, there are still some sites down to one
quarter mile or less visibility in northwestern Iowa. Be prepared
for changing conditions and isolated slick spots with temperatures
near to below freezing. Expect visibility to slowly improve through
mid afternoon.
