...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 7 AM CDT
SATURDAY...
* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 25 to 30 mph with
gusts up to 40 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 27 expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa, southwest Minnesota, and east
central and southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CDT this evening. For the
Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 7 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
