NWS SIOUX FALLS SD

Lingering low level moisture coupled with lighter winds have led
to patchy areas of locally dense fog developing across portions of
southeastern SD, southwestern MN, and northwestern IA this
morning. With visibilities of a mile or less expected through the
mid-morning especially across southeastern SD, travelers should
be prepared for rapidly deteriorating or changing visibility.
Remember to use extra caution at intersections and railroad
crossings. Leave your headlights on, even after daybreak, so
others can see you.
Visibilities should gradually improve between between 8 to 9 AM.
