* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 55
mph. Total snow accumulations generally less than an inch, with
isolated pockets of 2 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, southwest
Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, and central, east central, south
central, and southeast South Dakota.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
Strong winds could cause tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds and snowfall will result in
visibilities as low as one half mile. Conditions may rapidly
change over short distances.
