...ELEVATED FIRE DANGER THIS AFTERNOON...
Breezy winds persist this afternoon along and south of I-90 with
gusts up to 20-30 mph. Humidity values have lowered to about
20-30% resulting in critical fire danger levels being reached in a
few areas. Winds will be weakening through the rest of the
afternoon hours but with low humidity and dry fuels in place,
elevated fire danger is expected to persist through the rest of
the afternoon hours. Please limit burning to prevent the start
and spread of a wildfire.
