MONDAY...
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations up
to three inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa, southwest Minnesota, and
southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...From 4 AM Sunday to 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Whiteout conditions
will make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. Strong winds
could cause tree damage.
