* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa, southwest Minnesota, and
southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Ground blizzards create whiteout conditions that make
travel extremely dangerous or impossible. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
