* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations
between 6 and 16 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50
mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa, southwest Minnesota, and east
central and southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/2 mile due to falling
and/or blowing snow at times. Travel could be very difficult to
impossible. Whiteout conditions may make travel extremely
dangerous or impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Monday morning commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
